EARNING POINTS

How do members earn FordPass Rewards Points?
FordPass Rewards Points can be earned through the purchase of qualifying Ford, Motorcraft® or Omnicraft™ parts, associated labour from participating Ford dealerships and by members participating in qualifying activities and offers from Ford, through the FordPass App or website. Point-earning opportunities could include:

• Points with new vehicle purchase or lease for completing the following:
  • Purchasing or leasing a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealer
  • Activating and maintaining FordPass Connect modem
  • Joining FordPass Rewards within 60 days from the purchase or lease date. See "Thank-You Bonus Points for Vehicle Purchases or Leases" below for further details.
• Having your vehicle serviced (retail repair orders only) at a participating dealer (restrictions apply).
• Eligible special promotions or offers
• Surveys, videos or other eligible customer engagement activities

Please note that the ability to earn and redeem Points on eligible Connected Services is unavailable in Canada at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working to expand our services. Please check back for updates on future availability in Canada.

How many FordPass Rewards Points do members earn for service at their participating dealership?
Members earn 10 FordPass Rewards Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and associated labour at any participating dealership.

What is the First Retail Service Appointment Bonus on New Vehicle Purchases or Leases?
Members who have purchased or leased a new vehicle on or before December 31, 2024, can earn 5,000 bonus Points on the first retail service appointment completed within 12 months of the vehicle purchase or lease date at any participating Ford Dealer. Bonus Points are available for first retail service appointments completed after January 1, 2024. Any bonus Points awarded are in addition to the 10 Points earned per $1 spent on eligible purchases of parts and associated labour.

THANK-YOU BONUS POINTS FOR VEHICLE PURCHASES OR LEASES

How many FordPass Rewards Points do members get when they purchase or lease a vehicle?
Members receive 30,000 Thank-You bonus Points for a new Ford vehicle purchase or lease and FordPass Connect modem activation (see below for full details and requirements).

How do members receive the Thank-You bonus Points with vehicle purchase or lease?
To receive the Thank-You bonus on a new vehicle, a customer must:

• Purchase or lease a new retail Ford vehicle from a participating dealer
  
• Activate and maintain FordPass Connect modem
• Join FordPass Rewards within 60 days from the purchase or lease date.

Will customers who purchase or lease new vehicles without a FordPass Connect modem be eligible for Thank-You bonus Points?
Yes, in this case, the customer does not need to connect a modem, but they must enroll in FordPass Rewards and purchase or lease a new vehicle to earn the 30,000 Thank-You bonus Points.

What happens if the modem is deactivated before the six-month period?
If a member deactivates the modem on their vehicle prior to the required 180-day period, the Thank-You bonus Points earned will be removed from the member account. If the member has redeemed part or all of the earned rewards, FordPass Rewards will deduct the remaining Points from the member account.

REDEEMING POINTS

How do members redeem FordPass Rewards Points?
FordPass Rewards Points can be redeemed for any qualifying transaction at any participating dealership. A member may also redeem Points toward the purchase or lease of a new vehicle at a participating dealership. FordPass Rewards Points are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value. Redemption values are approximate and vary by products and services redeemed.

Do FordPass Rewards Points expire?
As of January 1, 2024, FordPass Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned Points, redeemed Points, fulfilled a rewards earned or completed any other eligible non-Points-related activity for the purpose of preserving the full Points balance through the FordPass Rewards Program for two (2) consecutive calendar years or 730 days. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep Points from expiring.
