Westview Ford Statement - Covid 19: CoronaVirus

To our Friends and Customers;

First I would like to recognize the hard work and sacrifices being made by the people in our communities in an attempt to limit the spread of COVID-19.  This is an unprecedented situation and by all working together we will be sure to come through it safely.

For our part here at Westview Ford in Courtenay and Powell River we have taken extra precautions to ensure the dealership is safe and clean for our employees and visitors.  We are using cleaning and sanitizing procedures as recommended by Health Canada and are being diligent in following these procedures.  We have encouraged any staff members who are high risk or who are in contact with high risk people to stay home as recommended by our government.  

We will continue with a reduced staff, and accordingly we have reduced our business hours.  We feel it is important to remain open for business in order to service our customers and ensure we are here to provide for their transportation needs.  People still need to drive to their appointments, need to go to get food and supplies.

Our Service, Parts and Sales departments will be open from 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday until further notice.  During these hours feel free to call us and book your sales or service appointments.  If you require our services and are unable to come to the dealership please call us, and we will work to make arrangements to accommodate your needs.

My hope is that this COVID-19 situation will be resolved quickly and we can get back to business as usual soon.  In the meantime your patience is appreciated.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
